How do I meet the speakers/participants?
You can access the speakers during the networking sessions, lunch, at their Booth (for sponsors), the sector specific Round Tables and request a meeting via the dedicated 1:1 Meetings platform.
Can I schedule 1:1 meetings?
Yes. We offer a dedicated 1:1 meetings platform.
1:1 meetings will take place in 2 rounds;
1. In-person meetings for the people attending the conference in-person on March 17.
2. Online meetings for all participants & most speakers during the week of March 23.
Registration to the 1:1 meetings: Registration to the meetings platform is possible via a dedicated invitation link participants will receive from b2match.com as of March 14. Invite link will give access to the 1:1 scheduling system that will enable you to request a dedicated 1:1 meeting with most speakers / participants via the dedicated meetings scheduling system.
IMPORTANT: Please follow the email instructions you will receive from us & b2match.com, complete the registration before the conference and request meetings as soon as possible.
Note: It is up for the speakers / participants to approve / reject the meeting request. We do not guarantee that the meeting/s requestes with speakers/participants will be approved.
In the event that covid or war will prevent most speakers from arriving to Israel, the conference will become fully online on March 17.
Do Startups need to pitch the companies & investors?
There are no startup pitches. In our unique format the investors & corporates pitch the startups! i.e. the conference is about Reverse Pitching.
Startups have various way to reach out and interact with the the speakers, sponsors and each other.
Interactions are done through the networking sessions, lunch, at their Booth (for sponsors), the sector specific Round Tables and the 1:1 Meetings platform.
How to Maximize your attendance?
a. Attend the Sessions & Round Tables! They are designed to provide plenty of useful information, tips & tricks about the German, Swiss and Austrian markets. The Round Tables are sector specific deep dives that enable you to talk to the sector experts & ask them anything you like. Both formats are designed for you to get to know the speakers.
b. Visit the sponsors Booths in order to get in touch with them and learn how they can help your startup.
c. During the breaks - network & visit the sponsors Booths! talk to the speakers, fellow entrepreneurs and the sponsors.
d. Book 1:1 meetings in advance using the dedicated scheduling system.
Is the conference hybrid?
Yes. Conference offers both in-person attendance as well as online attendance.
While we advise to attend in-person, people interested in hearing the sessions on the main stage & participating in the online 1:1 meetings (during the week of March 23) are welcome to register as online participants.
Online participants can not take part in the sector specific Round Tables, In-person 1:1 meetings & onsite networking.
Do startups need to have a booth?
No. Europe Days is all about having the investors & companies pitch the startups.

Cancellation Policy
1. All Cancellation requests must be sent over email to: europedays@novawind.com
2. Cancellation is possible within 14 days of ticket purchase date until March 2 EOD, or till March 8 end of day, 2026 for tickets purchased after March 2.
Cancellation will have a cancellation fee of 25 NIS if payment was made with an Israeli credit card. If payment was made with a foreign credit card - the cancellation fee will be 25$ USD.
3. No refund or cancellation are possible from March 10, 2026 onward.
